With DEC 4’s LinkedIn integration into the Social Brand Manager tool, detailed reports are now available regarding your LinkedIn followers and posts.

These reports provide data including a detailed breakdown of follower demographics by Industry, Seniority, Function, Region, Company Size, and Employee versus non-Employee.

Photo Posting from Social Brand Manager

As most marketers know, coupling a powerful image along with your message can lead to increased engagement from fans on Facebook. With DEC 4’s Social Brand Manager you can now upload a photo, enter an existing photo by URL, or select from existing content in your DEC galleries and post the image directly to Facebook and Twitter.

Social Workflow

Use DEC to track posts across Facebook and Twitter and assign users within your organization to review or respond to your customers. When viewing your own feed on the Accounts page, clicking the gear will open a variety of workflow options:

Open Graph Reporting

Along with Thismoment’s one of a kind support for Facebook Open Graph publishing, we now provide customers with a report that shows performance of your Open Graph by Activity, User Actions, Actions Per Visit, and Referrals.

DEC’s Content Managment tools are second to none for administering videos, photos, and more across a variety of sites and pages. As our single most used feature in the platform we’ve made Content Management even better.

Enhanced Content Filters

Filter content by category, status, media type, media host, and flags from one easy-to-use interface.

Batch Editing

Select multiple pieces of content or your entire gallery, then perform a variety of actions including editing the category, status, or copy to a different gallery.

Bulk Downloads

Select a batch of content, click the download option, and you’ll be sent a link to a file with a CSV and a download of the original media. (Does not apply to 3rd party hosted media such as YouTube videos or Facebook photos.)

Schedule Changes in YouTube Privacy Status

Thismoment customers have long been able to schedule when to make content in their pages become Active or go into a Pending state. Now they may also use the Content Calendar to update the YouTube privacy of their videos as well.

Device Type Reporting for User Generated Content

On the heels of Thismoment’s recent release supporting direct user uploads of videos and photos from mobile and tablet devices, submissions by device type is now represented in the User Generated Content report funnel.

New HTML Showcase Theater

In the first of a wave of new HTML-based theaters, we’ve replaced the theater that users on non-Flash browsers and devices will see when they visit a DEC-powered page. Powered by the same CMS settings and images as the Flash-based Showcase Theater, the HTML Showcase is better than ever. Note: Initially the non-Flash HTML Showcase will be deployed on a go-forward basis, and will only appear for users on devices without Flash. Most users will continue to see the Flash-based Showcase Theater.

Performance Optimizations

Last but not least, numerous optimizations have been implemented to ensure that the Content Management tools are faster than ever.
