Right about a week before we launched TV.com, I was ready to redesign it. The first version was more of a wire frame for what I really wanted to do. Plus after months of using the site, some UI needs became clear. Also, after redesigning GameSpot and Mp3.com, the overall site system was more mature and refined, and tv.com which was the base for the system, was the weak link in the system at that point.
Everyone did a great job, and it went live without a hitch. This was a very successful redesign, all the numbers went north!

This moment made me feel
It was one of the best redesigns that we pulled off at CNET, and in no small part due to the chemistry of the team involved. And in the process, we totally redesigned the entire CNE group look to boot.
What was a glorious day, has now been made nasty, as CBSi has sadly ruined it.
