The Segway was a step in the right direction, but this seems closer to the Jetsons ideal, since you don't have to stand on it.

44 weeks agoI think the only cool thing about this design is how the wheel switches to roll sideways, that is slick. Other than that, I think it's strange and can't think of any good use for it. They should take that wheel design and roll with it, in another direction.

45 weeks agoWell, it's just a prototype. I'm sure it will evolve to make a proper stuttering high-pitched beep to match the propulsion units used in the Jetsons.
