This moment made me feel
Red Hot Chili Peppers, in my opinion is one of the best punk bands of all time. I can't go through the day without listening to them at least once. I need them in the morning like I need my coffee. And when I'm driving don't get me started. I've always been a loyal fan of RHCP, and the autobiography "SCAR TISSUE" only strengthened my bond. Anyone coming for an autobiography of the Red Hot Chili Peppers might be a little disappointed in this book. Kiedis focuses more on his personal journey through life, and especially on his formative adolescent years. The Chili Peppers are a part of his life, to be sure, but this story is truly Kiedis's personal struggles to be a sober, straight-living man.
Kudos to FLEA, JOHN, CHAD and ANTHONY KIEDIS. The Red Hot Chili Peppers are back in the studio October 12 2009. Their next album should be released sometime in 2010, according to Chad Smith. During September of 2009 the band has been nominated to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

I remember first seeing them late one night performing "Under the Bridge" on MTV's "buzzworthy" segment. They really have stood the test of time. One of the best bands ever assembled.
