This is one of my favorite movies of all time other than Donnie Darko, so you know how I must have felt when I heard about the making of the sequel. The original was released in the U.S. in 1999, But I actually bought it as in import a year before for like $80.00. The film tells the story of a quartet of thugs who rob a gas station out of sheer boredom, having robbed it only a few days previous. Unable to get any money from the register, they take everyone hostage and start dispensing gas and keeping the money. The film becomes progressively more and more farcical as the characters find different ways of amusing themselves, mostly through the mixed cast of characters that come in through the gas station. However, it's only a matter of time before they start upsetting the wrong people. What alot of people don't realize is that you can change the audio to english in the audio menu. I actually think it's funnier in english. I can't wait to see the sequel.

$80?! It must be good. It's like $30 on Amazon now, which is still quite expensive for a DVD. (Make me a copy, please.)
24 weeks agoI know, member you member when back in the day movies were so expensive. Now cheezy movies are pushed out at a dime a dozen and selling for $4.99 weeks or months after their release.
24 weeks agoYeah, or FREE. No need for a copy. I, uh, "acquired" one. ;-)
