I've always wanted to visit this place, and was very excited to see some of the original models and get an up tour of the new facilities.

Shortly after we launched The World of Star Wars, the fine folks at LucasArts gave us a tour of their San Francisco office, which was rife with Star Wars paraphernalia. We got a good look at their tidy server room, large dining area with a lovely view, virtual 3D capturing studio and The Force Unleashed video game. Our parting gifts included a movie history book, a Star Wars pen and an Indiana Jones T-shirt. Bowling immediately followed.

96 weeks agoEddie managed to take quite a few pictures before the guide told him to cut that crap out!
96 weeks agoNo, she had a problem with video, not pictures. Also, for the record, we were told at the start of the tour that picture-taking and video-capturing was permitted everywhere EXCEPT in the theater. But she had to go and scold me like I was a boy sitting on the rail in an amusement park line. OK, I'm exaggerating about that part.
