Recently, I just joined the LA Fitness a couple block from my place. I figure it would be better to work out and see new faces (maybe even meet some people) in the evenings. Just staring at my reflection in the mirror every night while I work out at home was beginning to get very annoying.
Next Monday, I will be taking my first yoga class at the gym in the evening. I found out the class doesn't cost anything extra, and although it won't be a beginners class, I was assured I would be able to go at my own pace. I'll probably be one of the few guys there (in a way I hope...increase my chances of meeting some ladies)!
I have never been a fan of Yoga originally because I could never see how someone could get a good workout from it. But if I add yoga to my cardio and weights, I think it'll tone my core even more...and maybe even help me relax a bit!

Good job Armen. Just don't overdo the whole exercise thing. Take a break once in a while...
31 weeks agogood for you, glad you took your old cousins advice on the gym thing :). And yoga, certain kinds at least, can be a really good work out, you'd be surprised.
