This moment made me feel
After a long drive into wine country, we rewarded ourselves with the ultimate in Yountville steak meats... the bone-in rib eye at Press steak house.
On Wednesday nights they waive corkage so we brought our cellar gem: the 2005 Rubicon. There are no words for how delicious the wine paired with the meats, it was just overwhelming, and by dessert we were both fatigued. Truffle mac and cheese on the side didn't help any, and with a dessert of homemade chocolate, mango, and mint chip ice-cream, they all but wheeled the three of us out on Kalyx's stroller! -
This moment made me feel
Press was SO good. I don't eat steak that often but I have to say that after this dinner, I became a huge lover of the stuff. I've eaten some form of red meat every day since that meal.
