Since moving into my own place in Pasadena, I had been able to have more time in the mornings and evenings to myself. I wake up, go for a 2.2 mile jog, and hit the mini gym at my association. In the evenings, I get home around 7, and once again I'm back at the gym to finish off the day with a very small jog, and more weights!
If I was busy with friends and loved ones on a nightly basis like I used to be in the past, I def wouldn't have time to lift weights on a daily like I am currently doing. So, I guess there is a plus side to being a loner??
Never-the-less, these last four months have helped make an improvement on my body. I can lift more, run more, and most importantly...eat more!
