There was a nice shelf cloud coming in, we heard that it was going to have a gust front and possible bad straight line winds, so we drove around trying to find the storm.
The storm blew in fast, with some sustained straight line windows for 40 - 50 mph. Which was bending and breaking trees everywhere in the city.
Shortly after the gust front came through, it rained quite hard and extensively.

Very cool! It got real windy on the NW side and then just rained hard. Trees were holding on for dear life.
