A lot of people hear that my degree is in plant biology and ask how I got into making websites. Well I found the first mention of coding in my journal. Here it is:
"It has been a long day. I awoke on my own with no alarms, it was great. I spent the morning playing Turok: Dinosaur Hunter for the Nintendo 64 which came out Sept. 1. We also purchased it that day. Turok is really fun. It's like doom, only better graphics and funner.
So I saw this guy's web page and decided to try and make one myself. It is really hard and time consuming. I know only a couple of things, but this guy is helping me out. Well, see ya tomorrow."
Hard and time consuming he says. If only past-mike knew the whole story.
