My first real job out of college. I saw a posting on Craigslist that mentioned GameSpot which I visited frequently. Even though it had nothing to do with my plant biology major I decided to give it a shot anyway. I knew some html, css, javascript and php from just messing around. Turns out I knew enough to get hired. And thus began my web development career.
My orientation only had two new employees in it. Me and Veronica Belmont.
