I just watched this video and saw the frothing top-brew gravity-press coffee machine for the first time. Next time I'm coming out just for the novelty--our office self-service drip station can't compete with this future technology.

I'm in love with the brown, clover pancake that's left after they steep and whisk up your coffee so deftly. They use a custom squeegee you know, and weigh out each set of beans before grinding on a scale. They definitely put the "IT" back in "ritual!" (PS: I'm *totally* drinking hot brown right now.)
50 weeks agoI'm curious... how does that clover coffee stand up to Peet's normally brewed coffee?
52 weeks agoFor me, Peet's is still better. The clover is a huge improvement over starbucks' normally brewed coffee though.
