This moment made me feel
I was at an intersection waiting for the traffic to clear so I could make a left turn on a green light. After waiting for about 30 seconds, the light turns yellow and I slowly creep my car until the last oncoming vehicle passes. The light turns red as I make my left from the center of the intersection and all I hear is brakes screeching, horns honking, and suddenly, my car is smashed into from the passenger's side! The impact was painful and the noise was ridiculously loud! My airbags come out, the passenger's airbag comes out, and the entire right side car airbags came out. The smell of burning freaked me out, and the moment I realized I wasn't seriously injured or dead, I got out of the car and checked the damage. The douche who ran the red light and hit me was driving a 1995 Honda accord coupe...and his car got REALLY messed up. The strength of my car really helped keep the damage to my vehicle minimal!
By the way...bent rims and axles cost a buttloada money :(

Ouch, Armen!! That's scary. I've heard the crashing noise is super loud from inside the car...glad you're okay and that no one was in the passenger side of the car.

77 weeks agoOn the plus side, I figured out that the "my assist" safety program on my car actually works.
77 weeks agoThe MOMENT I got into the accident, my car unlocked all my doors, loosened the seat belt, turned on my hazard lights, cut off the fuel pump to the engine, automatically called the BMW safety center to report the accident, and sent over the police to my exact location!!

77 weeks agoThe pictures definitely don't do it justice. Thank goodness thats all that happened to my car. But insurance JUST called and told me that it will cost over 10K to fix!! Great.
